TSLAWLand Breaks Ground on Han-Ya Wahyu, Appoints Soletanche Bachy for Foundation Works

Groundbreaking marks a key construction milestone for TSLAWLand’s Han-Ya Wahyu development in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur, highlighting practical home layouts and transit-oriented connectivity.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA — TSLAWLand has marked the groundbreaking of Han-Ya Wahyu, its two-tower serviced apartment development in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur, alongside the appointment of geotechnical engineering specialist Soletanche Bachy as the project’s piling contractor.

The appointment marks a key step in advancing the development into its foundation works phase, with Soletanche Bachy bringing specialist expertise in ground engineering to support the next stage of construction.

Law Wai Cheong, Executive Director of TSLAWLand, said:

“The groundbreaking of Han-Ya Wahyu marks an important milestone in TSLAWLand’s vision for Taman Wahyu. As the development moves into construction, we remain committed to working with experienced partners and upholding the quality standards established for the project.

“Han-Ya Wahyu reflects our approach to urban living, combining practical home layouts with convenient access to public transport and community amenities. Through the development and our wider initiatives in Taman Wahyu, we aim to contribute to a more connected and liveable neighbourhood.”

Designed for Practical Urban Living

Inspired by Yutori, a Japanese concept associated with spaciousness, balance and a more considered pace of life, Han-Ya Wahyu places emphasis on thoughtful space planning and everyday functionality.

With units starting from 735 sq.ft., the development focuses on practical layouts that make efficient use of available space while balancing functionality and comfort. This approach aims to create homes that support everyday routines and the needs of contemporary urban residents.

Advancing Transit-Oriented Development in Taman Wahyu

Located near the existing KTM Taman Wahyu station, Han-Ya Wahyu offers residents access to public transport, supporting connectivity to Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

Complementing the development, TSLAWLand is undertaking initiatives to upgrade the station into a Transit-Integrated Retail and Sports Hub. The initiative aims to introduce retail and sports amenities that can serve both residents and the surrounding community, enhancing the station’s role beyond its function as a transport interchange.

Together, these initiatives reflect TSLAWLand’s broader transit-oriented development (TOD) vision for Taman Wahyu, integrating residential living, public transport and community amenities to support a more connected neighbourhood.

As Han-Ya Wahyu progresses into construction, the groundbreaking marks an important step in bringing this vision forward.
